    • Prioritize rest and quality sleep—your body repairs itself when you do.

For Your Mind, Spirit & Heart

  • Nourish your mind: read, meditate, journal, and listen to meaningful music. (Avoid mental junk food—populism, propaganda, and fear-based news.)
  • Commit fully to one path at a time—until it no longer serves you. (Chasing the next big thing, pseudo-experts, or fads only scatters your focus.)
  • Trust wisely—people are inherently good but deserve your discernment.
  • Practice gratitude—you already have more than most will ever have.
