“What problem do you solve?”
That’s really the question you should answer the next time someone asks you what do you do.
Because they don’t care about your job title (the most typical answer to the ‘what do you do?’ question) but they do care about the results you create – the transformation your product or service provides.
Remember, they don’t want you … they want the results you deliver — so tell them the problem you solve and they’ll understand far more effectively.
