This website is now iPhone mobile friendly

February 25th, 2010 | by James Burchill |

It’s been a pet-project of mine for some time — making http://JamesBurchill.com into an iPhone mobile friendly platform. The problem was always how to make the site smart enough so it would display properly on a regular computer and render differently when accessed in mobile mode on an iPhone. Well, problem solved…

So if you’re an iPhone (or iPod/iPad) user then I’d encourage you to drop by my website http://JamesBurchill.com and see for yourself. The new interface ONLY appears when accessed from your mobile device and the look is pure “apple” all the way. Pretty darned cool … if I do say so myself :-)

    Hi James,

I have started seeing WordPress Plugins that offer capabilities for smartphone viewing of websites… Did you use a particular plugin?
