Movers in Canada and Storage companies too, have long relied on yellow pages for marketing. Ferguson Moving & Storage has recognized that a shift is happening just as this article describes. Moving Companies in BC and the rest of Canada will need to start waking up to the fact that marketing has changed. In fact I believe most of them already are. The nice thing is that smaller fly by night and shady companies will have a harder time taking advantage of customers as more and more people post reviews online for others to see. In general, I predict that levels of service will increase as more and more business owners recognize that there is no secrets anymore.

Resorts in mexico for example have known for years now that online reviews of their guests will make or break their company. When you're at the resort, you really feel they want you to be happy. This way, they insure the future of business and their jobs.

Personally, I am really loking forward to what the next 5 years will bring. I believe the internet will be completely different than we know it today.
