I have been a successful trainer and consultant for two decades with qualifications in Professional Writing, English Literature (and language), Psychology, Media Communications, Computers, Databases, Technology, Project Management, Systems Design and Neuro Linguistics to name just a few.

“Do You Have A Technical Background?”

Yes. I began my career as a database programmer and worked my way up into management and sales where I sold services, products and “ideas”. I obtained extensive training in creative and consultative problem solving as well as public speaking and training. I can speak “tech” and “business” too.

“Do You Have Experience With Our Products Or Industry?”

Maybe, my ’super power’ is the ability to quickly assimilate complex subject matter and produce/express clean clear easy-to-understand messages/ideas about a wide range of business products and services, from the simple to the highly technical. If you sell to business, industry, or professionals there is a good chance I already have experience dealing with your type of product or service—or something very similar.
