Stumped For A Definition, Try This…

I was just asked to explain the difference between two subjects, but before I started explaining I asked them if they knew there was another way to get such answers (without pestering me every single time…)

It’s using the power of the almighty ‘Google’ - so the next time you want to know the definition of something try this:

Start up your favourite web browser, I like Firefox, and surf over to www.google.com, click within the search box and type this - define: dunce

That’s correct, type the words “define: dunce” and press enter or click the search button. Google will provide you with the an assortment of the worlds definitions to the word ‘dunce,’ You are of course free to pick whatever word you want to define, I thought dunce was appropriate.

So the next time you are asked for a definition, send them to Google. Think of it as teaching them to fish ;-)
