How To Blog - Learn With The Push of a Button

Print Print

There’s no two ways about it, blogging is big business. Ironically it’s an area I’ve somewhat taken for granted because I can write and I understand technology; but that’s not the case for everyone.

In fact blogging is one of the most sought after training subjects today. Clients are frequently asking me to teach them more, show them more, help them more … and I do. In fact it’s because of this demand and my love of coaching and teaching I’m developing a series of videos all about ‘how to blog.’

Here’s how the blog training videos are being produced: Starting with the basics and using some exceptional software, I’m capturing my computer screen and the accompanying audio. In other words, you see what I see, hear what I hear, and watch in real time as I show you step by step, how to blog. Everything from registering a domain, to ideas on what to write and when.

Since I’ve been teaching this material for years I’ve got lots to share and I’m still figuring out the best way to get this information into your hands. Currently I’m considering a DVD, instant digital downloads, and I’m looking into a membership site because the materials do change - just think what happens when the various software updates happen! Please feel free to share your ideas too - I’d love to hear them.

Lastly, I will give away as much training material as I can and to start the process on a strong foundation I’ve published a new website:

http://www.PushButtonBlogging.com

…and I’m giving away a recording of a recent interview I did on the subject of blogging.

The interview is 41 minutes in length, encoded as an MP3 for maximum portability and totally free, you just need to request the download details on the site. As I have more to share I will. For those who download the free interview I’d love to hear what you think - please comment here on this post or drop me a email.

Here’s what TSL said about the interview:

“I was lucky enough to secure an interview with
James Burchill last week. James is one of the
‘Quiet Wizards’, working behind the scenes,
doing brilliant work for many clients. One of
these days he’ll step out from the shadows and
    rock a lot of worlds.

I don’t know what he’s waiting for, but we
have him here, up close and personal. So pay
    close attention to the man.

James has been blogging for years, and his
insights on creating traffic through blogging
are worth your time, I promise you.”
